    Plenum is realizing in a total of 10 weeks free course (3-4 dates a week), financed by the European Social Fund and the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district.   In addition to basic knowledge of marketing and corporate communications, the topics also include self-marketing for self-employed persons, professional job search via social media channels, marketing campaigns, multimedia and our core competence in the field of 3D. The personal exchange with other participants in the creative environment promotes a constant exchange of knowledge and is deepened through practical workshops during the project phase.   In addition to various lectures by in-house lecturers, we also offer guest lectures as well as studio recordings at our partners.   After successful implementation of the current workshops, we will deepen the themes from 19 April.     High Park: An exclusive development at the Potsdamer Platz

    The upcoming development at Potsdamer Platz is located between the Köthener street and the Gabriele Tergit Promenade. It is the last available building plot at the Potsdamer Platz, which will include 165 apartments and expected to be completed in the summer of 2017. Plenum supported the Berliner Zabel Property Group (also known under the former brand name Berlin Capital) in the graphical design of all fact sheets of more than 200 apartments and office spaces, as well as rescheduling floor-plans of individual apartments.

    Plenum releases architectural visualization application built with Unity 3D game engine at Real Estate Trade Fair in Berlin

    This week, Plenum released a new interactive, real-time architectural experience at the real estate trade fair “Berliner Immobilienmesse”. The application was developed using the Unity3D game development engine, and can be embedded in a website, or downloaded as a stand-alone application. The virtual application enables potential buyers of a real estate development project to explore the building before construction starts. “The virtual model helped us sell this property much faster than we could have otherwise. It was very cost effective, and has proven to be a helpful marketing tool for our business.” said Ivailo Ivanov, founder of Plenum Communications. The application features a custom interface that includes augmented reality features on the mobile versions and enables visitors orbit a camera around the in- an exterior, and jump to each of the floors.

    As real-time technologies become increasingly mainstream in real estate development, architectural visualization and construction industries, Plenum continues diversifying its products and services to serve this rapidly growing market. We presented the new interactive, real-time architectural application to clients from Switzerland, Austria, UK and Germany. The application was developed using the “Unreal“game development engine as a stand-alone application for laptops and mobile devices. It features a custom interface that includes an interior walk through in different rooms. The benefits: Additionally to the walk through clients will receive high end renderings and animations, which may be automatically generated from the scene.

    Plenum have been supported ABB from 2012. From beginning of this year we realized the implementation of an innovative image campaign in launching recharging stations at airports in South Eastern Europe. Starting point of this campaign was the Sofia airport. We have planned and developed the idea of the project and coordinate the execution with all partners and institutions. The project is unique for that destination and our successful collaboration with ABB continues by realization of innovative communications at South-Eastern Europe.

    Also during the second marketing and sales phase of the project "Prora Solitaire" our architecture team supports the developers in all aspects of visualization and develops holistic detailed visualizations of the monument and virtual 3D tours. At present the houses ALANDO and AVELLA with 89 apartments are in sales. The apartments are of interest in addition to the capital investment and the additional use for holiday and but also as income properties.     Marketing launch for holiday homes "Prora Solitaire" at Germany’s second largest monument building complex

    On the island of Rügen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, a new project of superlatives is coming soon. At the former seaside resort on Rügen and the second largest complex in Germany arises a new 4-star tourist residence with apartments and suites ranging from 41 sqm to 100 sqm. Large suites are built as a duplex with balcony and terrace for the whole family offering a prime beach location and luxury facilities. Our agency has developed on the basis of the architectural environment and location photo-realistic computer-generated 3D visualizations. The project was thus brought with all the benefits and has been launched in digital media and adverts. A presentation of the monument Prora will be held soon diretly at the Baltic Sea beach and will take place on 29.06.2013 between 12.00 am - 18.00 pm at the documentation center. It will be organized and presented by the Berlin exclusive marketer Metropole Marketing GmbH. Buying a home at the complex offers in addition to the beach location tax advantages for buyers.

Starting point of a new campaign was last month at the Sofia airport, where we coordinate the execution andconstruction of the City Light Posters. The successful collaboration continues as we help to realize ABB's long term marketingstrategy in South-Eastern Europe by the implementation of classical and innovative communications.
